Dr. John Praveen is currently the Managing Director & Chief Investment Strategist of Pramerica International Investments Advisers, Newark, NJ, USA,an affiliate of PFI, where he has been working since 2004 .

Prior to this he worked for Credit Suisse Asset Management, New York and London as the Managing Director, Head of Global Equities from May 1997 to May 2004.

He was with Merrill Lynch, New York, USA as Vice-President, Senior Global Economist from June 1994 to May 1997.

He was an Assistant Professor of Economics & Finance, Montclair State University, New Jersey, USA between September 1989 & January 1995.

He was a Lecturer in Economics California State University, Fullerton, CA, USA between September 1987 – August 1989.

Mr. Sujal Shah is a practicing Chartered Accountant (CA) and Partner of “SSPA & Co.”, Chartered Accountants, Mumbai since April, 2008.

Prior to setting up his own CA firm, he was a Partner in Dalal & Shah, Chartered Accountants, Mumbai (November 2006 to March 2008) and N.M. Raiji & Co., Chartered Accountants, Mumbai (January 1999 to October 2006) handling Corporate Consultancy practice of the firms in the area of mergers and acquisitions, advising on restructuring of business, conducting financial due diligence etc.

He has also handled audits of Mutual Funds and large companies.

Ms. Dharmishta N. Raval was formerly an Executive Director at SEBI where she headed the Legal department. During her tenure with SEBI she had extensive exposure and experience in dealing with the setting up and operationalising a legal base for a regulatory mechanism.

She is currently a practicing senior lawyer at the Gujarat High Court Bar. Her areas of specialisation include Commercial and Corporate Laws, Labour Law and Constitutional Law. With a Masters in Law, she has varied experience at the Bar.

She is an adviser to several reputed corporations, banks and financial institutions. Having worked with the Securities and Exchange Board of India 1992-2003, and trained by the Securities and Exchange Commissioner, USA, she is one of the few specialists in Securities and Investment Laws.

She was instrumental in drafting the SEBI Act.

For some time, she was Central Government Counsel before the Gujarat High Court.
